We have no strict minimum order quantity for most pharmaceutical machines. Delivery time depends on the stock status of the selected equipment. For standard in-stock machines, we can arrange shipment within 7–15 working days. For customized production lines, the delivery period will be confirmed based on your detailed technical requirements.

Yes. We supply 12-month warranty for all supplied pharmaceutical equipment. Our team offers remote installation guidance, equipment operation training, regular troubleshooting and long-term spare parts purchasing support throughout the whole usage cycle.

We commonly adopt FOB, CFR, CIF international shipping terms. Available payment methods include T/T bank transfer, L/C letter of credit. We will choose the safest trading way for both parties according to your local trade habits.

Most of the pharmaceutical equipment we supply has obtained CE, GMP and ISO related certification documents from original manufacturers. We can apply to the equipment factories to arrange full official test reports and qualification files, to assist you in customs clearance, factory audit and project approval according to your actual demand.
