Material and Safety

- Dry powder with no stickiness: Add boiled corn starch or tapioca starch.
- Good powder state: It sticks into a ball when you squeeze lightly, and breaks apart easily when you press hard.
- Pills cannot form well if powder is too sticky, too dry, or mixed with too much or too little water.

- This Mini Automatic Pill Making Machine finishes strip-pressing and pill-rolling in one unit. The strip-pressing part sits on the top left of rolling rollers. The whole structure is simple, easy to clean and fix
- A gear reduction motor pushes powder out smoothly. The rolling parts are placed inside a box gearbox with well-oiled shafts. Separate motors drive the powder-pushing and pill-rolling parts.
- A screw pushes raw materials, and a rotating pressing plate presses powder into solid strips. A pair of rotating, moving cutting knives with half-round grooves cut strips into round pills.
- You can turn a control knob to change the knife speed from 0 to 50 RPM to fit the speed of powder pushing.
- Knife surfaces are covered with Teflon coating, and small brushes are set next to knives to stop powder from sticking. Key parts including screws, pressing plates, molds, cutting knives and brushes can be taken apart and cleaned quickly.
