Core Working Principle of AS-40D Washing Machine
The AS-40D Automatic Ampoule and Vial Washing Machine is fitted with a PLC display screen to monitor and control the entire operating process in real time.
It adopts a rotary cleaning structure. All spray nozzles are fixed inside the machine, while a rotating plate drives bottles to move steadily during operation.
When bottle mouths align with the nozzles, high-pressure water and air spray into the bottles to thoroughly clean inner walls. Continuous rotation of the bottles also allows synchronous cleaning of outer surfaces.
An external baffle reflects the water sprayed on bottle exteriors to rinse the bottle bottoms again. This unique structure achieves all-round dead-angle-free cleaning of the bottle interior, exterior and bottom, ensuring stable and reliable cleaning results.
The optimized structure greatly improves overall cleaning efficiency and maintains consistent washing quality for every batch of products.
