Scope of Application

This Bottle Filling Machine machine can finish automatic bottle feeding, automatic stopper inserting, automatic aluminum cap placing (thread sealing) and finished‑bottle output in one continuous process. It uses piston glass pumps to control filling volume. The machine applies two‑step liquid filling to stop liquid from spilling out of bottle mouths. It uses mechanical control to stop filling when no bottle is present. It delivers accurate cap positioning and simple operation.

A screw conveyor sends bottles into the machine. The machine feeds bottles in intermittent mode and fills liquid twice to prevent overflow. Bottles move step‑by‑step to the filling, stopper‑placing and cap‑rolling stations. For cap sealing, it uses four‑blade spiral rolling and vibratory cap dropping. One full rotation finishes the whole sealing work.

Buttons and knobs make operations easy to learn.

You can fit other pump types according to your requirements. The machine can also switch to other sealing styles.
