Working Process
Make sure the glass turntable and vibrator stop completely, so the machine stays in a safe condition.
Check the glass turntable and vibrating discharge hopper. Take away any foreign objects, or they will break normal operation.
Pick a proper track. Keep it parallel to the inner track. Make its width a little wider than the diameter of tablets or capsules. Place the discharge opening at the center of the sensor base.
Adjust the tilting device. Set its height a little larger than the thickness of tablets.
Choose the right feed port according to bottle mouths and drug-particle sizes.
Adjust the height of the lifting platform and lock the Y-shaped locator.
Turn on power, set your target count. Start the turntable and vibrator slowly. Check whether drug particles slide smoothly and whether the digital display shows correct numbers. If everything works well, reset the digital display to zero, and you may start your work.
