Description
A manual ampoule flame sealing machine serves as pharmaceutical packaging equipment. Operators heat the thin neck of glass ampoules with controllable flame to form tight, sterile seals. Rotating the ampoule manually during heating evenly distributes heat across the glass neck and creates smooth, neat sealing edges.
This equipment operates effortlessly and requires no professional skills. New staff can master its operation quickly, making it a perfect fit for laboratories, educational institutions and small pharmaceutical factories with small-batch production demands.

Working Principle
Comparison: Traditional Machine vs. RF-1 Integrated Machine

Traditional Ampoule Sealing Machine
The control box and sealing worktable exist as two separate units.
Operators need to assemble gas pipelines temporarily before use.
Position adjustment and parameter calibration take extra time and effort.
Storage and transportation become inconvenient after finishing work.
Small supporting parts tend to get lost or mismatched easily.
RF-1 Integrated Ampoule Sealing Machine
The whole unit adopts an all-in-one integrated design.
All combustion pipelines come pre-installed before delivery.
Only a gas or LPG connection is required to start operation.
Flame adjustment stays stable and delivers consistent smooth sealing effects.
Preparation, storage and transportation require minimal effort.
Operating Steps of Manual Ampoule Flame Sealing Machine
Attach the gas supply tube to the gas inlet needle valve at the lower right of the mixing tee on the machine’s rear side.
Insert the power cord into the power socket at the upper right of the rear panel.
Toggle the power switch at the upper right corner of the front panel to power on the machine.
Slowly twist open the gas needle valve until the burners ignite.
Gradually adjust the combustion air needle valve at the lower rear left. Stop adjusting once both burners produce thin, elongated blue flames; thinner, longer flames deliver superior sealing performance.
Place an empty ampoule on the tray first, without moving it into the flame immediately. Check whether the flame aligns with the tray center and sits at the proper sealing height. Loosen the bracket adjustment knob to reposition the height, then tighten the knob firmly after calibration.
Set the liquid-filled ampoule at the center of the tray and flame. Rotate the ampoule steadily and slowly with the left hand. When the glass neck glows red-hot, use tweezers held in the right hand to pull off the upper segment and complete sealing.
After finishing all operations, close the combustion air valve first, then shut down the gas valve.
