YH-AmpouMiNi ampoule filling and sealing machine is a compact desktop filling device. It serves laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, universities and small-batch production lines. This unit combines liquid filling and flame sealing into one integrated structure and sits directly on workbenches to save valuable workspace.
The machine adopts a dual-flame wire drawing sealing process, which delivers smooth, airtight ampoule seals. During full filling and sealing cycles, nitrogen flushing happens both before and after liquid injection. This process cuts residual oxygen inside ampoules and prevents oxidation or unwanted chemical reactions of sensitive liquid formulations.
The equipment supports all ampoules sized 1–20 ml. Operators only swap a set of molds to switch between different bottle specifications. One single machine handles multiple ampoule sizes, making it an economical choice for small-scale ampoule manufacturing.

Working Principle

A screw bottle feeding mechanism automatically positions each ampoule on the rotary turntable. As the turntable rotates, an indexing wheel guides ampoules along fixed tracks for intermittent step-by-step movement.
Each ampoule passes through pre-nitrogen flushing, liquid filling and post-nitrogen flushing stations before entering the sealing zone. Open flames heat and melt the glass neck to form neat hemispherical sealed heads. Finished ampoules drop into collection boxes once sealing finishes.
Two gas supply options come standard: fuel gas paired with oxygen, or hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas. Pre-filling nitrogen, post-filling nitrogen and sealing-stage nitrogen flushing can all be adjusted to match unique production demands.
