Working Principle
This machine uses cam‑gear structure. As a reliable Ampoule Filler, first, a dial wheel pushes ampoule bottles onto the bottle‑feeding rack. The rack moves from left to right and sends ampoule bottles to the filling station and sealing station one after another. Copper clamps cut off the waste top part of each ampoule bottle and finish the sealing work.
Precautions
Before you start the machine, turn it manually with a crank handle. Check whether it runs smoothly. Do not start it until everything works well. Important: pull out the crank handle and disconnect it from the machine before startup for operation safety.
Choose proper tools when you adjust the machine. Never use over‑sized tools or apply too much force to take parts apart. You may damage components and hurt machine performance.
Tighten all screws after every machine adjustment. Turn the machine by crank handle and check its movement before you power it on.
Check the flame condition of the flame head regularly. After long‑time use, carbon dirt may block its small holes or deform the holes, which will change flame performance.
Fit an exhaust pipe for the machine’s flame head. The pipe carries away heat and small amounts of gas dust. It keeps proper indoor temperature, humidity and cleanliness to protect product quality and workers’ health.
Keep the whole machine clean. Do not leave oil stains, liquid medicine or broken glass pieces on it, or these things will corrode the equipment.
