Product Advantages
All parts that touch materials use 304 stainless steel. It uses stable cam and gear structures, so the equipment runs smoothly. You can choose different pumps, including ceramic pumps, peristaltic pumps and glass pumps. It fits syringe‑style bottle products for powder, freeze‑dried goods and liquid materials.
Working Principle
A bottle feeding plate sends bottles to filling, stoppering and capping stations on the intermittent turntable. When bottles reach the filling station, a no‑bottle‑no‑filling sensor detects bottles and starts filling work. After filling, a fan‑shaped stoppering unit holds stoppers and pushes them into bottle mouths. The aluminum cap dropping track sits at a set angle toward bottle openings. Rotating force puts aluminum caps onto bottles along the dropping track. Bottles then move to the capping station. Three capping knives spin at high speed and lock aluminum foil caps tightly.
