Description
The DY5‑500 electric
capping machine is a desktop three‑knife cyclone capping machine. It has a stainless‑steel appearance and offers safe, easy operation. During work, the capped bottle stays still. Three cyclone knives sit evenly at 120 degrees and rotate to finish capping and sealing. Each knife handle uses a spring‑loaded structure. You can fine‑tune the gap among the three knives. This machine has strong adaptability and delivers a high qualified rate for capping. It works perfectly for military units, hospitals, laboratories and small pharmaceutical factories.
Applicable Bottle Types
All kinds of vials, oral‑liquid bottles and large infusion bottles can get reliable sealing work from this Capping Machine for different production scenarios.

Product Advantages
We build the whole machine with 304 stainless steel, and it meets GMP requirements.
Three knives turn inward at the same time to shrink the cap edge, so you get neat and good‑looking sealing results.
An acrylic protective cover stops broken bottle pieces from flying out and hurting operators.
A manual pull‑rod lifting device lets you stop the machine right away in an emergency.
You can adjust its height to fit most common bottle types.
Operation Instructions
This machine supplies multiple capping heads. Choose the proper one according to your cap size. Test with one real bottle before formal operation.
If the cap is not tight enough, loosen the locking nut of the capping head. Turn the upper capping head counter‑clockwise, then tighten the upper fixing nut.
If you set too tight and the knife cuts the bottle cap, loosen the locking nut of the capping head. Turn the upper capping head clockwise, then tighten the upper fixing nut.
When the bottom edge of the cap cannot seal firmly, adjust the eccentricity of three knife heads based on real‑world conditions. If too much pressure crushes bottles, also adjust the eccentricity of three knife heads properly.
