Working Process
- Core Working Principle
An automatic bottle‑separating wheel separates products and sends them to the conveyor belt. A sensor catches passing products during transport and sends signals to the labeling control system. The control system runs the matching motor at the right time. The motor pushes out labels and sticks them onto target products.
- Operation Process
Put products into the feeding box → Separate products and spread them among conveyor chain rollers → Transport products → Detect products → Send out labels and finish labeling → Collect finished labeled products.
