Scope of Application

The AGL-2 peristaltic pump filling machine, a practical Monoblock Filler, is an upgraded model based on our original ampoule drawing, filling and sealing machine. We upgraded this machine to meet customers’ personalized customization needs. It mainly solves common problems of old mechanical plunger pumps, such as complicated early setup, liquid dripping during filling and unstable filling volume. It is especially good for lab workers who have no experience using filling machines.

Main Features

  1. The filling system uses a PLC controller and a peristaltic pump. It responds quickly and will stop filling automatically when there is no bottle in place.
  2. The peristaltic pump is driven by a stepping motor with pulse control. This design greatly reduces liquid leakage and dripping.
  3. The gas control valve is matched with a flow meter. It replaces old copper valves that are hard to adjust.
